This aircraft started life as the Mitsubishi Diamond then Beech bought the license and production transferred to the USA. All models built in the USA were then called Beechjet 400A+B's. There is no easily identifyable external difference apart from the fact that some aircraft have text near the door identifying the type as either a Diamond or a Beechjet !!! |
BEECHJET 400
| This is the US built version of the Mitsubishi Diamond. As you can see, it is externally identical to the Diamond. The USAF version of the Beechjet is known as the T-1A Jayhawk. |
